In this agreement, "Earl's Court Minicabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. "You" and "your" may denote any individual, entity, or organization making a booking with us.
2.1 It is imperative that you allow sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is required for your flight. Earl's Court Minicabs shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for pickup at the designated time.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size that accommodates all passengers and luggage adequately. We do not guarantee carriage of excessive luggage. Please note that irrespective of age, each child counts as a single passenger.
2.3 Wheelchair access requests must be made at the time of booking.
3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise specified, all prices exclude VAT, which will be added if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust quotes in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time beyond this period will be charged at the standard rate. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review this confirmation thoroughly to ensure accuracy. Failure to notify Earl's Court Minicabs of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or soiling of the vehicle attributable to a passenger may incur cleaning charges.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained according to their age, weight, and height.
4.4 We are bound by licensing and insurance regulations regarding passenger capacity.
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us promptly. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver.
5.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may be subject to charges.
6.1 While we strive to ensure punctual arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to arrange alternative transportation promptly.
6.4 You agree not to hold Earl's Court Minicabs liable for any expenses, damages, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of any member of your party.
6.5 Nothing in this agreement seeks to exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised by you or any passenger. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.
8.1 We may subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations without our consent.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, with any changes being effective upon publication on this page. Please review them regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable when booking.
8.3 We handle information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Earl's Court Minicabs and yourself.
8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefits to third parties unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Any disputes or claims must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
